Structured Cabling
The management team at DV Networks has immense experience of the structured cabling sector, all have evolved within this fast moving industry. DV Networks have recognised the need to work to both International and European Standards and follow BICSI's guidelines and recommendations.
This ensures the client can be confident about all aspects of a structured cabling installation including the design, installation, project management, system testing and documentation which is undertaken by our own CAD department.
The Category 5e/ClassD standard for copper cabling to support networking at 100 Mb/s or 1Gb/s is now well established and universally accepted. More recently it has been complemented by the Category 6/Class E standard for cabling - suited to the most demanding data, video and digital voice transmission. Together these standards open the way to a new era in copper cabling, comfortably supporting the latest data real time applications.
DV Networks are approved installers for most leading manufacturers equipment.
Our many installations include clients such as Mid Staffordshire Hospital, Sandwell Council, Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and Renishaw Plc. In addition major integrated systems have been successfully completed in partnership with main contractors, including Mitie Engineering Services Ltd and Briggs & Forrester M.E.P. Ltd.
MATV Systems
The company have grown in it's ability to deliver complete installation of satellite and terrestrial TV systems.
The company recently completed the installation of a 327 bedroom block for Unite at Holloway Road, London, and are presently working on 3 large accommodation blocks at the Athlete's Village for the 2012 Olympic Games.
A contract for the new town centre development in Newbury has also been agreed.
